摘　　要：血栓弹力图(TEG)是一种对全血凝血功能检测的技术方法,其优点是直接观察凝血系统中血栓形成、稳定至溶解的不同阶段,并使凝血过程量化。其分析图形详细而动态地展示出凝血功能全貌,临床工作者可清晰地观察凝血因子激活、血栓形成、纤维蛋白生成及溶解等过程。除此之外,TEG的快速时效性亦赋予其广泛的临床应用前景,如用于检测遗传性及继发性出血性疾病、合理指导成分输血及抗凝药物的使用,同时也可用于评估病情严重程度及预后。Direct visual observation and quantification of blood coagulation are important advantages of thromboelastography（TEG）. It can provide images of different phases of coagulation including clot formation,stabilization and dissolution. Because of detailed and dynamic analysis figure on coagulation factors activated,fibrin generation,and fibrinolysis, TEG is able to rapid evaluate whole blood coagulation,detect genetic or acquired bleeding disorders,and provide guidance of component blood transfusion, in addition, it can be used in evaluating the severity of illness and clinical outcomes.
