超声联合UBM在脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨20MHz B超联合超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscope,UBM)在脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离诊断中的应用效果,为临床提供指导。方法对95例脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离患者实施常规眼科检查、10MHz B超检查、20MHz B超检查以及UBM检查,对比分析各种检查方式的确诊率。结果常规眼科检查、10MHz B超检查、20MHz B超检查、UBM检查、20MHz B超联合UBM检查的确诊率分别为73.68%、77.89%、82.11%、87.37%、96.84%,20MHz B超联合UBM检查的确诊率显著高于其他检查方法,P<0.05。结论对脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离患者实施20MHz B超联合UBM检查,提高确诊率。Objective To investigate the effect of 20 MHz ultrasound combined with UBM in the diagnosis of choroidal detachment retinal detachment. Methods 95 patients of choroidal detachment retinal detachment were subjected to routine eye examination, 10 MHz B ultrasound examination, 20 MHz B ultrasound examination and UBM examination. The diagnostic accuracy of various methods was comgared. Results The diagnostic rates of routine ophthalmic examination, B-ultrasound, 10 MHz, 20 MHz ultrasonography and UBM examination, 20 MHz ultrasound combined with UBM scan were 73.68% , 77.89% , 82. 11% , 87.37% , 96.84%. The diagostic rate of 20 MHz ultrasound combined with UBM scan diagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of other examination methods, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion 20 MHz combined with UBM improves the diagnosis rate for patients with choroid detachment retinal detachmen.
