摘 要:目的了解陕西省关中地区健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,Nm)的带菌状况,为流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)防治提供依据。方法在西安市和宝鸡市共选择998名健康人群采集咽拭子进行细菌分离培养和PCR核酸检测,并将阳性Nm株进行分群。结果关中地区健康人群Nm总带菌率为6.42%(64/998)。宝鸡市人群Nm带菌率(8.25%)显著高于西安市(4.50%)(χ~2=5.85,P<0.05)。15-24岁年龄组带菌率(13.45%)显著高于0-2岁年龄组(4.71%)(χ~2=7.89,P<0.05)。在64株Nm阳性菌株中,A、B、C和不可分群分别占1.56%、7.81%、25.00%和65.63%。结论关中地区健康人群Nm带菌率总体较低,菌群分布与中国其他地区基本一致。Objective To investigate carriage of Neisseria meningitidis(Nm) among a healthy population in Guanzhong region for prevention and control of meningococcal meningitis. Methods Throat swab specimens were collected from 998 healthy individuals in Xi'an and Baoji cities for bacterial culture and PCR detection. Isolated strains were identified as serogroups. Results The overall Nm carriage rate was6. 42%(64/998). The carriage rate was significantly higher in Baoji(8. 25%) than in Xi 'an(4. 50%)(χ2= 5. 85,P〈 0. 05),and higher among 15-24 year olds(13. 45%) than in 0-2 year olds(4. 71%)(χ2= 7. 89,P〈0. 05). Among the 64 isolated Nm strains,serogroup A,serogroup B,serogroup C and ungroupable serogroups accounted for 1. 56%,7. 81%,25. 00% and 65. 63% of strains,respectively. Conclusions The carriage rate of Nm is low in healthy people in Guanzhong region,and has a serogroup distribution similar to that in other regions in China.
