摘　　要：目的分析2009-2016年贵州省手足口病(HFMD)的流行特征,为HFMD的防控提供依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法对2009-2016年贵州省疾病监测信息报告系统上报的HFMD病例进行流行病学分析。结果2009-2016年贵州省HFMD发病率为102.45/10万。HFMD发病呈每隔1年高发,4-6月和10-12月双峰分布;发病多集中在省中部及西、北部;男性发病率高于女性;主要累及5岁以下幼儿,其中1岁组儿童发病率、重症率及死亡率最高,但0-11月龄儿童临床严重程度最高。HFMD以除EV71和CVA16以外的其他肠道病毒感染为主。结论贵州省HFMD具有明显的季节、地区、人群和病原分布规律。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Guizhou from 2009 to 2016,and to provide scientific evidence for HFMD prevention and control strategies. Methods HFMD cases,reported from 2009-2016 in Guizhou,were collected by the National Disease Surveillance Information Management System. Data were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Results The average incidence rate of HFMD was 102. 45 per 100 000 population from 2009 to 2016 in Guizhou. A higher incidence appeared every two years with peaks from April to June,and from October to December. Most cases were from central,western and northern Guizhou. The incidence was higher in males than in females. HFMD cases mainly involved children under 5 years old,with the highest morbidity rate,severe-case rate,and mortality rate being among 1 year old children. The greatest severity was seen among 0-11 month old children. Other enteroviruses than EV71 and CVA16 were dominant pathogens of HFMD infections. Conclusions The epidemic of HFMD has important characteristics with regard to time,region,population and pathogens in Guizhou.
