摘 要:根据"卓越计划"和"教育认证"的培养目标与毕业要求,针对高等院校的育人观念转变和机械专业学生的培养计划,从培养目标、毕业要求、理论教学体系、实践教学环节和卓越计划实施等方面进行分析与探讨,初步构建适合卓越机械工程师培养的由浅入深的3部分理论教学体系和循序渐进的4阶梯实践教学环节,为加快提高机械专业学生的工程素质、创新意识和工程实践能力提出了可行方法。According to the "Plan for Excellence" and "Education Certification" training objectives and graduation requirements, the paper aims at the change of the concept of educating people for the colleges and universities and the training program of the mechanical engineering students, it has carried out a more comprehensive analysis and discussion from the training objectives, graduation requirements, theoretical teaching system, practical teaching links and implementation of excellence programs. We have established three parts theoretical teaching system from the shallower to the deeper and four-step progressive practice teaching link which is suited to the excellent mechani- cal engineers' training preliminary. A feasible approach is proposed in this paper for the improvement of the engi- neering quality innovative awareness and engineering practice ability of the mechanical engineering students as soon as possible.
