摘  要:为比较不同除草剂对黄芪田杂草的防除效果,采用480 g/L氟乐灵、900 g/L乙草胺、33%二甲戊灵和48%仲丁灵4种不同除草剂分别在黄芪播种前进行喷施处理。结果表明,播种10 d后480 g/L氟乐灵、900 g/L乙草胺、33%二甲戊灵和48%仲丁灵综合防效分别为85.40%、91.43%、82.22%、88.25%,播种20 d后综合防效分别为71.74%、77.95%、73.29%、77.64%,播种30 d后综合防效分别是69.35%、74.70%、68.15%、73.81%;对黄芪幼苗植株的株高平均抑制率分别为-11.55%、14.85%、8.25%、-19.79%;其中,480 g/L氟乐灵和48%仲丁灵防效好,对黄芪幼苗无药害,而900 g/L乙草胺和33%二甲戊灵对黄芪幼苗有一定的药害。因此,黄芪育苗田采用药剂防除杂草,优先选用的除草剂是48%仲丁灵,其次是480 g/L氟乐灵,而900 g/L乙草胺和33%二甲戊灵慎用。In order to comparing the control effect of different herbicides on weeds in Astragalus membranaeeus seedling field, 480 g/L trifluralin, 900 g/L acetochlor, 33% pendimethalin and 48% butralin were selected and sprayed separately in Astragalus membranaceus seedling field after the Astragalus mem- branaceus seeds were sowed. After sow- ing seeds 10 days, the integrated control effect of 480 g/L trifluralin, 900 g/L acetochlor, 33% pendimethalin and 48% butralin against weeds were 85.40%, 91.43%, 82.22% and 88.25%, respec- tively. After sowing seeds 20 days, the integrated control effect were 71.74%, 77.95%, 73.29% and 77.64%, respectively. After sowing seeds 30 days, the integrated control effect were 69.35%, 74.70%, 68.15% and 73.81%, respectively. The inhibitory rates of 480 g/L trifluralin, 900 g/L acetochlor, 33% pendimethalin and 48% butralin on plant height were -11.55%, 14.85%, 8.25% and -19.79%, respectively. 480 g/L trifluralin and 48% butralin not only had better control effect against various weeds, but also did not produce phytotoxicity on Astragalus membranaceus seedling, which could be generalized in field.
