摘 要:目的:通过多指标综合加权法优选二黄颗粒剂的水提取工艺,确定最佳提取工艺参数。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法对二黄颗粒剂提取时所用的溶剂倍量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,以干膏收率、黄芪甲苷和胡芦巴碱的含量为考察指标,采用多指标综合加权评分法进行数据分析。结果:二黄颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺:10倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的工艺客观可行、稳定合理、可操作性强,适于产业化生产。Objective: To optimize the water extraction technique for Erhuang Keli and confirm the optimum extraction process parameters by multi index comprehensive weighted score evaluation. Method: Water volume, boiling time, and times were chosen as investigating factors by L9 (34) table of orthogonal test. The dry extract yield, content of astragaloside and trigoneUine were used as the indexes, and the data were analyzed by comprehensive evaluation of multiple marks. Result: The best extraction conditions was 10 times of water, extracting for 3 times and 1 hour each time. Conclusion: This extraction process is stable, reasonable, practical, and suitable for industrial production.
