摘 要:为了在较短时间内用较少的试样和成本测量出材料的接触疲劳极限,运用了一种基于累积损伤理论的接触疲劳快速试验法,采用高应力水平测点配合阶梯加载的方法,并且无需参考曲线和斜率参数,根据Miner方程求解斜率参数,从而得出接触疲劳极限值,克服了以往的接触疲劳快速试验方法的局限性,与标准试验方法的结果误差在3%左右,适合于材料接触疲劳性能的试验研究。A quick test method of contact fatigue was conducted based on the cumulative damage theory,to measure the contact fatigue limit of the material with less cost and few samples in a relatively short period. The measurement point of the high stress level and the step loading method were employed without reference to the curve and slope parameters. According to the Miner equation,the slope parameter was solved,then the contact fatigue limit was obtained. The limitations of the conventional contact fatigue quick test methods were overcome,and the error compared to the results of the standard test method was about 3%. Thus,it was suitable for the research of the material contact fatigue properties.
