摘　　要：进入普及化时代的高等教育主旋律切换为内涵发展和转型升级,主张分层分类定位的大学类型,注重应用型人才培养、专注服务区域经济的应用型大学正是在这一主旋律下的产物。文章从人才培养类型演绎出应用型大学的定位,认为应用型大学是一种新型的大学,是一种介于学术型与技能型的之间综合性大学,应用型大学应注重服务区域经济发展、挖掘区域新业态,并主动转型以适应区域人才培养。The theme of higher education in the era of popularization changes to content development and transformation upgrading,advocates a hierarchical classification and orientation of university type,pay attention to the cultivation of applied talents,the application oriented university serving the regional economy is just the product of this theme. This paper deduces the orientation of application oriented universities from the types of personnel training,and considers that application oriented universities are a new type of university,it is a comprehensive university between academic and skilled,application oriented universities should pay attention to serve regional economic development,tap new regional formats,and take the initiative to transform to fit the regional personnel training.
