高校智库“旋转门”机制建设探讨

摘　　要：高校学科门类齐全,汇聚一流专家学者,研究生规模庞大,具有建设智库的先天优势,但是智库建设也面临重视不够、定位模糊、不接地气、缺乏协同、缺乏前瞻、不够开放等突出问题。中国特色新型高校智库建设,需要深化合作,协同攻关。文章首先介绍了国内外高校智库建设现状;其次,阐述了高校智库"旋转门"机制的内涵及建设的必要性;再次,分析了我国高校智库"旋转门"机制建设的优势;最后,提出了我国高校智库"旋转门"机制建设的可行路径。In a wide range of disciplines,brought together top scholars and graduate students in large scale,with the inherent advantages of the construction of tanks,but think tank construction also face problems such as inadequate recognition,fuzzy positioning,not down to earth,lack of coordination and foresight,not open enough and so on. To construct university new think tank with Chinese characteristics,we need to deepen cooperation and collaborative research. This paper firstly introduces the think tank construction situation in colleges and universities both at home and abroad; then expounds the connotation of the think tank ＂revolving door＂mechanism in colleges and universities as well as the necessity of construction; analyzes the advantages of the revolving door mechanism in colleges and universities of our country. Finally,this article proposes the feasible methods for constructing the think tank ＂revolving door＂mechanism in colleges and universities.
