摘 要:为改善镁质熔剂性球团矿质量,以唐钢提供的矿粉为原料,进行了造球焙烧实验,研究了SiO_2含量对镁质熔剂性球团质量的影响。结果表明:随SiO_2含量的提高,成球率均高于90%,成球性能较好;适宜水分有增高的趋势,基本在7.6%~8.7%;生球抗压强度和落下强度呈略微降低趋势;爆裂温度整体呈降低趋势;球团抗压强度先升高后降低,SiO_2含量为4.0%时,球团抗压强度达到最大2736 N/P;球团粘结率呈增加趋势,SiO_2含量每提高0.1%,粘结率增加0.48%。In order to improve the quality of magnesian fluxed pellets, the influence of SiO2 content on the quality of magnesium fluxed pellets was studied by pelleting and roasting experiments by using Tangsteel ore as the raw material. The results show that, with the increase of SiO2 content, granulation rate is more than 90%, pelletizing ability is better, the appropriate moisture shows a trend of increasing, maintains at 7.6% - 8.7%. The compressive strength and drop strength of green pellets show a slight trend of decrease. The decrepitation temperature decreases. The compressive strength increases firstly and then decreases, and when the SiO2 content is 4.0%, the compressive strength of the pellets reaches the maximum 2736N/ P. The bonding rate of pellets increases, the SiO2 content increases by 0.1%, the bonding rate increases by 0.48%.
