摘 要:入炉原料质量稳定是高炉冶炼指标改善的基础,烧结原料混匀有利于改善烧结矿质量。通过对大型料场稳定混匀矿质量技术研究,结合京唐混匀矿原料及料场设备实际情况,将现场工艺限制条件转化为计算机语言,建立数学模型,引进智能算法对模型求解。将混匀矿"等SiO_2"堆积提升为"等SiO_2等TFe"堆积,建立了混匀矿智能优化配料系统,提高了混匀矿指标,烧结矿的质量和稳定性明显改善。The stable quality of raw materials is the basis of the blast furnace smelting index improvement. The mixing of sintering raw materials is beneficial to improve sinter quality. Through the research on quality stable of blended ore of large stockyard, combined with the actual situation of the blended material and stockyard equipment, the field process constraints are translated into computer language, the mathematical model is established, the intelligent algorithm is introducted to solve the model. The equal SiO2 accumulation is improved to equal SiO2 and equal TFe, the intelligent optimization batching system for blending ore is established, the blending index is improved, and the quality and stability of sinter are improved obviously.
