摘　　要：思想政治教育发展深孕于现代化的实践之中。现代化与思想政治教育发展二者辩证互动：现代化对思想政治教育发展产生辐射效能，思想政治教育发展对现代化产生能动作用。The development of ideological and political education is deeply rooted in the practice of modernization. Modernization and the development of ideological and political education are interactive. Modernization has radiation effciency to the development of ideological and political education, while the development of ideological and political education has dynamic effect to modernization.
