摘　　要：设计了一种柔性LED高压贴片灯带,该灯带由一条芯线、预埋的导线和柔性电路板等组成,采用220 V市电直接通电,颜色丰富鲜艳,可任意塑造各种文字、图案造型。该方案解决了普通低压灯带串联长度不长和美耐灯亮度低、光效低、寿命短的问题。A kind of flexible high voltage SMT-based LED light belt was designed, which consists of a core wire, buried conductive wires and a flexible circuit board, etc. The design solves the problem that common low voltage light belt has the disadvantages of short series length, low brightness, low luminous efficacy and short life. This light belt directly powered by the line voltage 220 V could be used to show all kinds of characters and patterns with various colors.
