益智中圆柚酮对慢性肾损伤的保护作用  被引量:2

摘  要:目的:评价益智中圆柚酮对慢性肾损伤的保护作用,阐述益智补肾缩尿的物质基础。方法:采用腺嘌呤诱导的CKD大鼠模型,对益智中圆柚酮的肾损伤保护作用进行研究,分别测定24 h尿量、尿蛋白(UP24h)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、硫酸吲哚醇(IS)的含量以及对肾脏病理切片进行观察,以确定圆柚酮对CKD的保护作用。结果:与模型组比较,圆柚酮各剂量组大鼠肾组织病理切片形态均有不同程度的改善,其中圆柚酮高剂量组>圆柚酮中剂量组>黄葵胶囊组>圆柚酮低剂量组,且高剂量组大鼠血清中BUN和IS及尿蛋白含量中低剂量组降低更明显;与高剂量组相比,中剂量组血清中Scr降低较明显。结论:圆柚酮对CKD呈现明显的量效关系,高剂量组对慢性肾损伤的保护作用强于低剂量组。Objective:The efficacy of nootkatone in treating chronic kidney disease were evaluated to explain the active constituents of Alpiniae oxyphyllae Fructus.Methods:Using a rat model of adenine-induced CKD,the protective effect of nootkatone on renal damage were studied,and 24 hours urine,urine protein (UP24h),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) sulfuric acid indole alcohol (IS) were measured.And the kidney histopathology were also observed to determine nootkatone therapeutic effect of CKD.Results:Compared with the model group,nootkatone group each dose renal tissue biopsy morphology were improved,in which the high-dose group nootkatone 〉 nootkatone middle dose group 〉 Huang Kui capsule group 〉 nootkatone middle dose group.And the IS,BUN and urine protein content the in high-dose group decreased significantly compared with middle dose group.Compared with high-dose group,serum Scr was significantly lower in middle dose group.Conclusion:The protective action of nootkatone on CKD showed a significant dose-effect relationship,the efficacy of the high-dose group is stronger than that of the middle-dose group.
