摘 要:热油管道作为一种主要的原油输送方式,在输送过程中会产生大量能耗,为了降低输油成本,实现节能降耗的运行要求,以运行费用最小为目标,对外输管道生产运行方案建立了优化模型,并通过两级递阶方法进行优化求解。利用建立的优化模型对某油库外输管道优化的结果表明,在冬季和夏季运行费用可降低10%以上。Hot oil pipeline as a major way of crude oil delivery will produce a lot of energy consumption in the transport process. In order to reduce oil transportation costs and achieve energy-saving operation gequirements, taking the minimum cost of the pipeline in the production operation as a target, the optimization model of the pipeline operation scheme was established, and the optimal solution was carried out by the two-stage hierarchical method. The optimal outlet temperature and pressure in the conveying process were determined. The optimization model was used to optimize the oil depot pipeline. The results show that, compared with the original scheme, the cost of optimized operation scheme can be reduced by more than 10% in Winter and Summer.
