混合烷基结构水杨酸钙的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以水杨酸和混合烯烃为原料,经过烷基化和钙化工艺,合成了具有混合烷基结构的多种烷基水杨酸钙。结果表明:以市售C_(20)~C_(24)烯合成的混合烷基水杨酸钙产品具有较好的分水性和抗泡性;以单烯烃按一定比例复配而合成的混合烷基水杨酸钙产品,在高温清净性、抗氧化性、油泥分散性和胶体稳定性等方面综合性能要优于以市售混合烯烃合成的产品。Taking salicylic acid and mixed olefins as raw materials,different types of calcium alkyl salicylates with mixed alkyl structure were synthesized by alkylation and calcification reactions. The studies found that,the calcium alkyl salicylate synthesized by commercially available C20- C24 olefin has good water separation and anti-foam properties. The calcium alkyl salicylate synthesized by mono olefin in certain proportion shows better comprehensive performances in the high temperature detergency,resistance to oxidation,sludge dispersion and colloid stability than the products synthesized by commercially available mixed olefins.
