摘　　要：通过实验分析了几种在实际工作中经常出现的不规范采样情形及对油液监测准确性的影响,结果表明不规范的采样导致油液监测数据出现偏差,甚至出现完全错误的监测结论;提出了针对在用油采样的方案,能够有效提高在用油监测准确性。By experiments,some kinds of non-standard sampling cases in practical work and their influences on the accuracy of oil monitoring are analyzed. These results indicate that non-standard sampling can lead to monitoring data deviation or monitoring conclusion error. In order to improve the accuracy of in-use lubricating oil monitoring,some methods on sampling of in-use lubricating oil are presented.
