摘 要:文章基于《ASTM D7899-2013在用发动机油分散性能油斑试验标准方法》,开发了一种新型的便携式滤纸油斑快速制成装置。实验结果表明,该装置制成的油斑滤纸样片,配合内置的标准图例和对应的专家判断系统,能够准确评判在用发动机油的分散性和质量衰变情况,从而判断润滑油的更换时机,简单直观,具有很好的现场指导性。In this paper,a new portable device to make filter paper blotter spot instantly was developed on the basis of ASTM D7899-2013 standard which is also named Standard Test Method for Measuring the Merit of Dispersancy of In-Service Engine Oils with Blotter Spot Method. Experiment results indicate that the filter paper blotter spot made by the new portable device can evaluate the dispersancy and quality deterioration of in-service engine oil combining with the inbuilt standard legend and corresponding expert judgment system.The result given by the device is simple and intuitive which can be used to determine the oil drain period and offer good on-site guidance.
