摘 要:目的:分析比较四川不同产地厚朴中挥发油和多糖的含量,鉴别挥发油组成,为川厚朴产区优质种质资源筛选及质量标准研究提供参考。方法:采用《中国药典》(2015年版)挥发油测定法甲法测定厚朴中挥发油含量,并运用GC-MS法鉴别挥发油组成;采用可见分光光度法测定厚朴中多糖的含量。结果:不同产地厚朴挥发油、多糖含量分别为0.18%~0.40%及5.47%~21.51%;从10个产地厚朴挥发油中共鉴定出93个化学成分,其中10种为共有成分。结论:四川境内不同产地厚朴中挥发油在成分及含量上存在一定的差异,多糖含量差异较大。Objective: The contents of volatile oil and polysaccharide in Houpo from different habitats in Sichuan Province were analyzed. The chemical components of the volatile oil were identified to provide reference for the selection of high quality germplasm resources and quality standards of Houpo in Sichuan province. Method: The volatile oil content of Houpo was detected by the method recorded in "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" (2015 edition) and chemical components were identified by GC- MS. Polysaccharide contents were detected by visible spectrophotometry. Result: The content of volatile oil of Houpo was 0.18% 0.40% and the polysaccharide content was 5.11%-21.51%. Ninety-three compounds were identified from volatile oil of Houpo from ten producing areas in Sichuan province. And ten compounds were found in all the samples. Conclusion: The content and composition of volatile oil in Houpo from different area of Sichuan province are different, and polysaccharide content is varied in large range.
