游离皮瓣在烧伤整形外科中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨在烧伤整形外科手术中应用游离皮瓣治疗的效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年7月在医院接受治疗的76例烧伤患者作为研究对象,入选患者均发生严重的软组织损伤、骨骼外露、深部肌腱等,临床均应用游离皮瓣进行组织修复,观察患者的治疗效果。结果 76例患者经游离皮瓣移植后,其中成活的有72例,所占比例为94.74%,移植皮瓣面积范围在2 cm×2 cm^15 cm×216 cm。患者入院时的VAS评分为(7.6±0.8)分,出院时为(4.2±0.4)分,出院时的疼痛程度明显降低,入出院时的VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者随访半年,存活皮瓣柔软、颜色正常,患者在治疗过程中出现感染、血肿、小面积坏死的发生率为7.89%,经处理后均好转。结论在烧伤整形外科手术中应用游离皮瓣治疗,疗效确切,术后并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of free skin flap in the department of Burn and plastic surgery. Methods 76 cases of burn patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and all selected patients had the severe soft tissue injuries, bone exposure and deep tendon, and the tissues were restored by the free skin flap, and the treatment effect of patients was observed. Results After the free skin flap transplantation, 72 cases were survival, accounting for 94.74%, and the skin flap transplantation area was 2 cmx2 cm -15 crux216 cm, and the VAS score at admission and at discharge was respectively （7.6±0.8）points and （4.2±0.4）points, and the pain degree at discharge was obviously decreased and the difference in the VAS score at discharge was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）, the follow-up of half a year showed that in the treatment course, the incidence rate of infection, hematoma and small-area necrosis was 7.89%, and all were improved after treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of free skin flap in the department of burn and plastic Surgery is definite with low incidence rate of postoperative com- plications, which is worth promotion.
