探讨整体护理在异位妊娠手术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在异位妊娠手术护理中的应用效果。方法大庆市人民医院妇产科自2014年8月对异位妊娠住院患者实施整体护理。以2014年1月—2014年6月未实施整体护理前异位妊娠手术患者52例为对照组,2014年8月—2015年1月实施整体护理期间收治的58例异位妊娠手术患者为观察组。对2组患者的依从性、满意度、住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症的方面进行比较。结果 2组对照显示,满意度对比观察组为88.46%,对照组为100%,(P<0.05);平均住院时间对比观察组(6.92±1.65)d,对照组(5.06±1.02)d;住院费用对比观察组(6 023.56±432.56)元,对照组(4 965.32±398.23)元。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。可见观察组依从性好、患者满意度高、住院时间缩短、住院费用少、术后并发症少。结论科学合理的整体护理有利于异位妊娠破裂手术的顺利实施和康复。值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of ectopie pregnancy surgery. Methods 52 cases of ectopic pregnancy surgical patients from January 2014 to June 2014 without holistic nursing were selected as the control group, while 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy surgical patients admitted and treated from August 2014 to January 2015 with holistic nursing were selected as the observation group, and the compliance, satisfactory de- gree, length of stay, hospitalization cost and postoperative compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （88.46% vs 100%）（P〈0.05）, the differences in the length of stay and hospitalization cost between the observation group and the control group were staiistieally significant[（6.92±l.65）d, （6 023.56±432.56）yuan vs （5.06±1.02）d, （4 965.32±398.23）]yuan（P〈O.05）, which showed that the compliance, satisfactory degree, length of stay, hospitalization cost and postoperative compliance were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The scientific and rational holistic nursing is conducive to the successful implementation and rehabilitation of ruptured eetopic pregnancy surgery, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
