Objective To study the main features of MRI imaging examination in order to enhance the general diagnostic effect of ovarii theca cell tumor. Methods 36 cases of patients with theca cell tumors diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2016 were randomiy selected and the MRI examination features of all patients were counted and analyzed. Results In the 36 cases of patients, there were 29 cases with unilateral tumors and 7 cases with bilateral tumors, and most of the 57 lesion sites were the solid tumors, including 45 low-graded signals T2W, accounting for 78.95% and the other 12 (21.05%) had few slightly high-graded signals in slice shape or flocculatidn shape, and the enhancement scanning showed that 19.30% had the obvious enhancement manifestation in local region, and there were 5 cases with endometrial thickening, accounting for 13.89%, 10 cases with ascites, accounting for 27.78%, 5 cases with female hormone E 2 elevation, accounting for 69.44%. Conclusion The MRI features of ovarii theca cell tumor in ovary mainly include specific nature, namely obviously low-graded signals and mild degree of enhancement in T2W sequence, which can promote the accurate diagnosis.
