腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的并发症防治策略研究

摘　　要：目的对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术后发生的并发症情况进行分析,并探讨合理的防治策略。方法于2016年1—8月,选取该阶段内在该院妇产科进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术后发生并发症的10例患者作为此次研究的对象,采取回顾性研究的方法对这10例患者的临床资料进行分析,对其并发症发生情况进行总结,并探讨有针对性的防治措施。结果 10例患者的近期并发症主要为皮下气肿、阴道残端出血、肠梗阻,所占比例分别为40%、30%、30%;皮下气肿、阴道残端出血、肠梗阻经对症处理后均得到治愈,其消失时间分别为(0.89±0.32)、(1.57±0.49)、(3.54±1.29)d。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术后可能会出现并发症,并发症包括近期和远期,临床上应密切注意患者术后近期的生命体征,并在出现并发症后给予患者及时的对症处理。Objective To analyze the control strategies of complications of total laparoscopic hysterectomy and discuss the rational preventive and cure strategies. Methods 10 cases of patients with complications after the total laparoscopie hysterectomy in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January to August 2016 were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the occurrence of complications was summarized and the tar- geted preventive and cure strategies were discussed. Results The short-term complications main included the subcutaneous emphysema, vaginal stump hemorrhage and intestinal obstruction, respectively accounting for 40%,30%,30%, and the complications were cured after the symptomatic treatment, and the disappearance time was respectively （0.89± 0.32）, （1.57±0.49）,（3.54±1.29）d. Conclusion The complications may occur after the total laparoscopic hysterectomy, including the short-term and long-term complications, and we should closely pay attention to the short-term vital signs after operation and conduct the symptomatic treatment for patients in clinic.
