抗菌药物督导在临床合理用药中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析抗菌药物督导在临床合理用药中的作用。方法收集2013年2月—2014年2月期间在该院接受治疗的100份病历资料(对照组)进行回顾性分析,根据病历资料中的用药情况填写抗菌药物督导记录表,并对患者接受抗菌药物治疗的合理性进行评估;再选取2014年3月—2015年3月开展抗菌药物督导后的100份病历资料(观察组),对比两组病历资料中抗菌药物的使用情况以及抗菌药物应用不合理的发生情况。结果观察组抗菌药物使用概率为64.00%与对照组(79.00%)比较差异有统计学意义,观察组明显低于对照组;观察组的无指征用药发生概率、给药方法错误发生概率、超剂量用药发生概率、疗程不合理发生概率、联合用药不合理发生概率及其他不合理情况发生概率分别为5.00%、6.00%、11.00%、4.00%、2.00%及2.00%均与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗菌药物督导在临床合理用药中的效果显著,值得广泛应用。Objective To study the effect of antibacterial supervision in the clinical rational medication. Methods 100 pieces of medical records data treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as he control group, and the antibacterial supervision record table was filled according to the medication in the medical record data, and the treatment rationality was evaluated, and 100 pieces of medical recorded data after the development of antibacterial supervision from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group, and the use of antibacterials and occurrence of irrational application of antibacterials were compared. Results The use rate of antibacterial in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（64.00% vs 79.00%）, and the difference had statis- tical significance, and the occurrence probability of no sign medication, administration method mistakes, overdose medication, irrational treatment course and irrational combined medication and other irrational conditions were respectively 5.00%,6.00%,11.00%,4.00%,2.00% and 2.00%, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of antibacterial supervision in the clinical rational medication is obvious, which is worth wide application.
