瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性冠状动脉综合征合并心律失常治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)合并心律失常治疗中的应用价值。方法随机将2015年6月—2016年8月间就诊于浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院,诊断为ACS合并心律失常的88例患者分为对照组及研究组,每组44例。对照组治疗方案中给予10 mg瑞舒伐他汀治疗,研究组治疗方案中给予20 mg瑞舒伐他汀治疗。分析两组治疗效果,并对两组相关炎性因子变化情况进行分析。结果在接受治疗4周后,对照组治疗总有效率为61.36%,研究组治疗总有效率为81.82%,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,在4周治疗时间内,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,入组时两组hs-CRP及IL-18比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,观察组hs-CRP及IL-18分别为(3.31±0.41)mg/L及(62.65±20.22)ug/L,低于对照组的(5.11±0.32)mg/L及(81.05±22.16)ug/L(P<0.05)。结论 ACS合并心律失常的治疗中,20 mg瑞舒伐他汀具有更为理想的治疗效果,其作用机制可能与调节患者体内炎性因子有关。Objective To study the application value of rosuvastatain in treatment of acute coronary syndrome and arythmia. Methods 88 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome and arythmia treated in our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group were treated with 10mg rosuvastatain, while the research group were treated with 20 mg rosuvastatain, and the treatment effect was ana- lyzed and the related inflammatory factors changes of the two groups were analyzed. Results After 4-week treatment, the total treatment effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（81.82% vs 61.36%）（P〈 0.05）, at the same time, the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups in the 4-week treatment course had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, in addition, there were no statistical differences in the hs- CRP and IL-18 between the two groups （P〉0.05）, after 4-week treatment, the hs-CRP and IL-18 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, [（3.31±0.41 ）rag/L, （62.65±20.22）mg/L vs （5.11±0.32）ug/L, （81.05± 22.16）ug/L]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of 20 mg rosuvastatain in treatment of acute coronary syndrome and ary- thmia is more ideal, and the action mechanism may be related to the adjustment of inflammatory factors of patients
