中药癌复康对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察乳腺癌术后化疗患者采用中药癌复康治疗的临床价值及可行性。方法按照就诊顺序将该院2011年1月—2016年1月期间收治的乳腺癌手术患者150例分为观察组和对照组,每组患者例数为75例,均行术后化疗,观察组辅以中药癌复康治疗,对两组患者术后生活质量、不良反应发生率、治疗效果满意度以及焦虑、抑郁评分等指标进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者术后躯体健康评分(84.35±4.26)分、心理健康评分(86.42±5.36)分和社会功能评分(82.15±4.64)分明显高于对照组患者的躯体健康评分(72.32±4.63)分、心理健康评分(74.64±4.26)分和社会功能评分(70.64±5.37)分(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗效果满意度96.00%明显优于对照组患者的治疗效果满意度86.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率5.33%明显低于对照组患者的不良反应发生率16.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑评分SAS(47.42±5.36)分及抑郁评分SDS(46.54±4.25)分明显低于对照组焦虑评分SAS(58.64±5.25)分及抑郁评分SDS(56.74±5.16)分(P<0.05)。结论中药癌复康应用于乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的效果显著,有效改善了患者的生活质量,改善了患者的消极情绪,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical value and feasibility of Aifukang on survival quality of patients with chemotherapy after the breast cancer operation. Methods 150 cases of patients with breast cancer operation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 75 cases in each according to the admission order, and both groups adopted the chemotherapy after operation, and the observation group adopted the Aifukang treatment, and the postoperative quality of life, incidence rate of adverse reactions, treatment effect satisfactory degree, anxiety score and depression scores of the two groups were observed and counted. Results The. postoperative body health score, mental health score and social function score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group[（84.35±4.26）points, （86.42±5.36）points, （82.15±4.64）points vs （72.32±4.63）points, （74.64±4.26）points, （70.64±5.37）points]（P〈0.05）, the treatment satisfactory degree, incidence rate of adverse reactions and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, [96.00%, 5.33%, （47.42±5.36）points, （58.64±5.25）points vs 86.67%, 16.00%, （58.64±5.25）points, （56.74± 5.16）points], （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Aifukang in patients with chemotherapy after the breast cancer operation is obvious, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve the negative emotion of patients, which is worth promotion.
