摘  要:阐述了废汞触媒现有回收工艺的优缺点,概述了废汞触媒的来源及物理性质,实验室研究了废汞触媒化学处理过程中碱类的选择、碱液浓度的范围、处理温度及处理时间,结果表明:在100℃下用质量分数为7%~8%的NaOH或Na_2CO_3处理废汞触媒4~5 h,化合物溶解性能较好,处理时间相对较短,汞回收率均能达到99%以上。The advantages and disadvantages of the existing processes for waste mercury catalyst recovery were described. The sources and physical properties of waste mercury catalyst were summarized. The selection of alkali kind, range of alkali liquor concentration, processing temperature and processing time of waste mercury catalyst in chemical process were studied in laboratory. The results showed that un- der the conditions of 100 ℃ of processing temperature, 7% -8% of NaOH or NauCO3 mass fraction and 4 -5 h of processing time, compounds dissolved satisfactorily in relatively short processing time, and the mercury recovery rate could reach more than 99% .
