摘 要:目前认为胆色素结石的成因与胆汁淤积,加上胆道细菌产生的外源性β-葡萄糖苷酶分解胆汁中的结合胆红素等诸多因素有关,而且许多研究都认为胆道细菌的来源与Oddi括约肌松弛导致肠胆反流有着密切的关系。笔者总结目前研究现状并结合自己的相关研究与思考,探讨肠胆反流与胆管色素结石形成的关系。The reasons for pigment gallstone formation are currently regarded as being related to the sedimentation of bile sludge plus other factors such as deconjugation of the conjugated bilirubin by exogenous β-glucuronidase produced by bacteria in biliary tract. Moreover, many investigations demonstrated that the source of biliary bacteria is closely related to duodeno-biliary reflux due to sphincter of Oddi relaxation. The authors overview the current research status and the relevant investigations and combine them with the authors' own related studies and reflections to discuss the relationship between duodeno-biliary reflux and pigment gallstone formation.
