摘  要:该研究采用双波长紫外分光光度法测量水中微量溴酸盐,测量原理基于碘离子在酸性条件下受溴酸根氧化后的显色反应,双波长的测量位置分别为266nm和288nm。结果表明,双波长紫外分光光度法对溴酸根浓度在50μg/L以内时,检测结果与国标离子色谱法接近。此外,还发现水样消毒后残留臭氧对碘显色法结果干扰严重,水样需自然陈放1月以上才能避免残留臭氧的强烈干扰。A dual wavelength UV spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of trace bromate in water.The method based on the coloration reaction of iodine ion oxidized by bromate, of which the measurement wave- lengths were chosen to be 288 nm and 266 nm.The results showed that our method could deal with bromate concen- tration less than 50μg/L, and its accuracy was close to the national standard method with ion chromatography.In addi- tion, a seriously disturbed effect of residual ozone which came from disinfection process was discovered.It is found that water samples need to be placed for more than a month to avoid the strong interference of residual ozone.
