摘　　要：该文简要介绍了厨余垃圾的类型和特点,填埋、粉碎直排、堆肥、畜禽饲料生产等厨余垃圾的主要处理方式,分析了其优缺点,并就厨余垃圾处理提出了几点建议。In the paper, the types, characteristics and main process mode of kitchen garbage, such as landfill, crush- ing and direct discharge, compost and poultry feed production, were briefly introduced, the advantages and disadvan- tages of different process mode were analyzed, and the suggestion on kitchen garbage processing were put forward.
