摘  要:目前,盾构机掘进应用越来越广,已不局限在软土地质地区应用,但是我国关于盾构机在各种特殊地质条件下掘进的计价研究较少,导致在困难地质下的盾构掘进计价困扰着工程各方,影响了工程推进和盾构机推广。本文分析了盾构掘进不良地质时的主要成本因素,对盾构机掘进的地层地质进行科学合理分析推定,将关于盾构机掘进中口语化的不良地质如硬岩、软硬不均层、孤石、溶洞等,进行了科学合理可操作的量化描述定义;提炼我省数个轨道交通项目数据,对调研及收到的书面数据比对分析,提出了各种困难地质掘进下相对正常地质掘进下的工料机调整方案,充分考虑我省的工程实际、市场情况、定额水平,确定了关于盾构机掘进复杂地质地层的计价调整方案。本方案的提出,对全省的盾构机掘进困难地质的计价调整,有着重要的指导作用。At present, the application of shield tunneling has been more and more widely, not only used in soft soil region, but China's shield machine under special geological conditions of various driving under the valuation of less, resulting in difficult geological shield tunneling under the pricing problems in the project parties, affecting the promotion of Engineering propulsion and shield machine. This paper analyzes the main cost of bad geological shield factors, geological strata of shield tunneling machine to carry out scientific and reasonable analysis about the presumption of the adverse geological oral shield tunneling in hard rock, such as non-uniform layer, boulders, caves, quantified scientific and reasonable operational definition; refining my a number of provincial Rail Transit Project data, control research and received written data, put forward a variety of difficult geological excavation quantity adjustment scheme under relatively normal geological tunneling under the full consideration of engineering practice, our province's market conditions and the quota level, determine the valuation adjustment scheme of shield tunneling in complex geological formations. The proposal of this proj- ect has important guiding function for the difficulty of shield tunneling and the adjustment of geological value.
