摘　　要：现阶段,研究工程造价咨询执业保险对工程造价咨询行业具有重大创新意义。通过构建工程造价咨询执业保险市场的演化博弈模型,探索该执业保险市场的均衡演化规律及揭示各影响因素对保险市场均衡的作用效果,为建立完善工程造价咨询执业保险制度提供了一系列建议:建立健全工程造价咨询行业市场信用评价体系,适当提高工程造价咨询公司信誉超支的惩罚力度;创造条件解决工程造价咨询公司投保难、投保成本高,以及保险公司经营费用成本等问题;积极引导保险公司主动建立专门的风险控制机制,尤其预防工程造价咨询公司的道德风险;深入探索工程造价咨询执业保险政策支撑体系建设,在给予工程造价咨询公司业务竞争优势及保险公司税收优惠上优先试行。Research on engineering cost consulting practice suiting industry. The balance evolution rules of the practice insurance has important innovation significance for engineering cost connsurance market is explored, and the effect of all influence factors on the insurance market balance is revealed through constructing an evolutionary game model of engineering cost consultation practice insurance market. A series of suggestions are provided for establishing and perfecting engineering cost consulting practice insurance system： establish and perfect a market credit evaluation system of engineering cost consultation industry; appropriately improve the penalties of reputation overruns in engineering cost consulting company; create conditions to solve the problems in engineering cost consultation company, such as difficult insurance coverage, high insurance coverage cost, operation cost of insurance company, insurance company is actively guided for actively establishing a special risk control mechanism, especially for preventing moral risk of engineering cost consulting company. Construction of engineering cost consulting practice insurance policy support system is deeply explored. Trial practice is given on business competition advantages of engineering cost consulting company and taxation preference of insurance company.
