摘 要:根据纵轴式巷道掘进机截割头空间位置参数与巷道断面自动成形控制参数之间数学模型的空间运动分析,开发仿真系统进行仿真。获得纵轴式掘进机截割头轨迹与油缸伸缩量之间的对应关系,得到纵轴式巷道掘进机截割机构仿真结果的空间运动轨迹图和轨迹数据,对解决掘进机截割机构自动截割成形控制的关键问题具有很好的辅助作用。According to spatial motion analysis on the mathematical model between the spatial position parameters of the cutting mechanism and parameters on roadway cross-section automatic forming control, a simulation system was developed and simulation was relationship between trajectory of the truncated head of the longitudinal expansion amount was obtained. Spmial motion trajectory's data and performed. The corresponding shaft and the hydraulic cylinder graph on cantilever roadheader cutting .mechanism were resulted. The approach has a good supporting to solve key problems on automatic cutting forming control of the machine cutting mechanism.
