摘  要:对立架机构作受力分析,在钻机立架和放躺起始点,分别推导出连杆受力的数学表达式,并以此作为目标函数,用计算寻优,求出最佳参数。用该方法设计的立架机构较原反井钻机的伸缩油缸立架机构,新立架机构不仅制造简单、成本低,而且在钻架竖立和放躺过程中运行平稳、安全可靠、操作简单。The force analysis of the vertical frame mechanism is carried out, and the mathematical expression of the force of the connecting rod is deduced. As the objective function, the optimal parameters are obtained by calculation and optimization. The drill stand flip agencies designed by this method is simpler, more safe and easy to operate than the original type of the raise-boring machine, which is simple in structure and economical in the process of erection and laying.
