摘  要:针对大湾煤矿地质构造复杂、瓦斯含量高、透气性系数低、瓦斯抽采效果差等特点,在大湾煤矿中井Z1021工作面底抽巷进行CO_2预裂煤层增透技术试验。通过施工12组穿层钻孔对比,CO_2预裂孔的抽采浓度在46.4%~50.8%,比普通钻孔平均抽采浓度高出近20%,抽采衰减度减少44%,有效预裂钻孔抽采半径达20 m以上。该技术能够有效提高瓦斯抽采量和抽采速度,可在地质条件类似矿井进行推广。Technique test of CO2 pre-splitting for coal seam permeability enhancement was carried out at the well bottom pumping alley of Z1021 working face in in Dawan coal mine, according to the characteristics of complex geological structure, high gas content, low permeability coefficient, and poor gas pumping efficiency.Through the contrast results of 12 groups borehole, the drainage concentration of CO2 pre-splitting hole were between 46.4%-50.8%, and 20% higher than common borehole. Extraction decay rate decreased by 44%. The extraction radius of effective pre splitting borehole was more than 20 m. The technology could effectively increase gas extraction and pumping speed, and could be popularized in similar mine with geological conditions.
