摘  要:通过对HTD 2M同步带轮的合理修形,减小带传动的多边形效应,提高带传动精度,并通过检测设备加以验证。研究表明:同步带嵌在齿槽的约1/2直线节距还原成1/2弧线节距后,Y轴所需要的变形量是0.051 2 mm,通过有限元计算的结果为0.051 9 mm,说明同步带轮的齿廓是所需要的齿廓。改进后相位差在空载运行减少了17.46%~50%,负载运行时减少了7.3%~26.19%。Through the reasonable modification of the HTD 2M synchronous pulley, the polygonal effect of the belt drive is reduced, the belt drive accuracy is improved and verified by the testing equipment. The research shows:the timing belt is reduced by about 1/2 linear pitch in the cogging to 1/2 arc pitch,the amount of deformation required for the Y-axis is 0.051 2 mm and the result of the finite element calculation is 0.051 9 mm. Indicating that the tooth profile of the timing pulley is the required tooth profile. After improved phase difference decreased by 17.46%-50% at no-load operation,and decreased 7.3%-26.19% at load operation.
