摘 要:通过Pro/E三维建模和Abaqus有限元软件仿真分析齿轨轮和销轨在标准节距和标准中心距、最小节距和最大中心距以及最大节距和最小中心距3种工况下的齿轨轮-销轨啮合特性。对比分析仿真结果认为齿轨轮在最大节距、最小中心距啮合时容易导致失效,为了降低齿轨轮失效率,应适当增加齿轨轮啮合中心距。Using Pro/E and finite element analysis software Abaqus to build pin gear of coal-cutter and pin row. The condition of simulation set as three cases such as center distance couple with standard pitch of pin row, the largest center distance couple with the smallest pitch of pin row, and the smallest pitch of pin row couple with the largest pitch of pin row. Comparison and analysis the simulation results that rack wheel in the coarse pitch and minimum center distance when the mesh is easy to cause failure, in order to reduce the rack wheel failure rate, eat rail wheel meshing center distance should be appropriately increased.
