摘  要:矿井液压吊装机是一种常用的吊装设备,其广泛使用的液压伸缩式吊臂,吊臂结构复杂,采用传统的设计方法,安全系数校核不准确,设计可靠性差。利用Solid Works建立吊臂三维模型,运用Simulation插件对吊臂进行有限元分析。通过分析,可缩短吊臂的设计周期,降低设计人员的计算强度,提高吊臂的设计可靠性。The mine hydraulic hoisting machine is a kind of lifting equipment and the hydraulic telescopic boom are commonly used. Due to the complex structure of the Crane jib, traditional design method have some problems such as, the inaccurate in the safety factor check and the poor reliability. Has established the three-dimensional models of the crane jib by the SolidWorks and make the finite element analysis with the Simulation module. By means of analysis, the design cycle is reduced, the design quality is improved and the designer's labor strength is cut down.
