摘 要:不同凸型及凸度量对于圆锥滚子轴承及其支持轴系受力状态以及使用寿命有着显著影响,因此开展圆锥滚子轴承的凸度优化设计具有重要意义。鉴于以往计算分析涉及参数较多且存在大量繁琐重复工作问题,在凸度优化理论研究的基础上,以Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具,采用面向对象化技术研制了一套集快捷查找、便携计算等优点的圆锥滚子轴承凸度集成分析软件。详细介绍了软件的开发思路、总体框架及其工作流程,并阐述了其中关键开发技术与实现过程。该软件可以为轴承凸度优化设计相关研究工作的开展提供支持。The crowned shape and size of tapered roller bearing have a significant impact on stress and service life for the bearing and its supporting shaft, therefore, it is very important to carry out the crown drop optimization analysis. Owing to the problem of massive relevant parameters and rework in calculation, in this manuscript, based on the convexity optimization theory, the crown drop analysis software for the tapered roller bearing was developed with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, which has the advantages of quick search for relevant parameters and simple to use. The development idea, overall framework and the working process of the software were introduced in detail, and then the key development technology and the realization process were also analyzed. The software can provide support for the convexity optimization design of the rolling bearing.
