摘　　要：美国专利法关于实用性的规定包括操作实用性、有益实用性以及后期发展起来的特定实用性和实质实用性。基于美国审查实践中对实用性把握的经典案例,阐释了美国关于实用性的审查标准,这对于我们了解和掌握美国专利实用性的审查标准必然具有很大的指导价值。The utility of the American patent law includes operable utility, beneficial utility, and the specific utility and substantial utility which are developed later. This article explains the examination standard of patent utility based on the examination of classic cases in the US. It is of great value for us to understand and grasp the examination standard of utility of the patent in the US.
