摘 要:由猪肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae)引起的慢性肺炎是最难净化的疫病之一,它流行广、感染率高,对养猪业危害巨大。为了加强口岸现场查验动物源性产品中猪肺炎支原体的力度,本研究建立了猪肺炎支原体环介导等温核酸扩增技术(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)检测方法。本研究通过在LAMP反应产物中加入显色液,提高了检测结果肉眼判定的准确性,实现了结果判定可视化的目标,有助于出入境口岸货物查验现场及猪场中猪肺炎支原体的检测。Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae causes chronic pneumonia among pigs, which is one of hard erased diseases with characters of wide spread and high infection. In order to survey and detect Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae carried by animal original products at entryexit port, a Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) method was established and proved to be specific with high sensitivity and stability. By adding Sybr Green into LAMP product liquid, detection results could be read easily by eyes, which is more convenient to be used by ports and basic laboratories.
