摘  要:目的评估恒定压应力对雄性大鼠成骨细胞OPG/RANKL表达的影响。方法恒定压应力下对雄性大鼠成骨细胞加载相同应变频率、不同加载时间以及不同应变频率、不同的加载时间后,经PCR检测OPG/RANKL表达差异。结果加载应力相同,加载时间和频率不同时,A组RANKL具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而OPG较其它各组差别不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。加载时间相同,加载频率与加载压应力不同时,A、B、C三组比值比较对照组OPG、RANKL皆差别很大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在加载时间相同的情况下(恒定为4 h)成骨细胞OPG与RANKL的比值随着压应变频率和预压应力的增加而升高。Objective To evaluate the effects of constant compressive stress on osteoblast OPG/RANKL expression in strain frequency at different 1 male rats. Methods The osteoclasts were loaded with the sane oading time and different strain frequency at different loading time of the constant compressive stress. And the expression of OPG/RANKL was detected by PCR. Results The RANKL result of group A with the same constant compressive stress, different loading time and different strain frequency was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). But there was no statistical significance of OPG among the others ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Both the RANKL and OPG results of control group with the different constant compressive stress, the same loading time and the same strain frequency were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The new mechanical loading bioreactor pressure oscillation frequency at time of 4 hours after OPG/ RANKL positive adjustment.
