松康1号治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价松康1号对原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将临床诊断为原发性骨质疏松症的100例志愿患者按照随机原则分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),治疗组给予松康1号和碳酸钙D3片(钙尔奇D),对照组服用碳酸钙D3片(钙尔奇D)。观察两组治疗前后的中医症候疗效评分、骨疼痛评分、骨转换标志物(P1NP和β-CTX)。结果治疗前后两组中医症候疗效比较,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组骨疼痛评分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后骨转换标志物(P1NP和β-CTX)比较,治疗后较治疗前明显改善,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论松康1号治疗骨质疏松有明显疗效,能够改善临床症状,改善骨转换标志物(P1NP和β-CTX),取得很好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Songkang No. 1 on osteoporosis. Meth- ods One hundred patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 50） and the control group （ n = 50）. The treatment group took Songkang No. 1. and calci- um tablets D3, while the control group took calcium tablets D3 only. Clinical symptom, bone pain score and bone turnover markers （P1NP and β-CTX） were observed before and after treat- ment in the treatment group and the control group. Results There were significant differences of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in bone pain score between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was signifi- cant difference in the levels of bone turnover markers （P1NP and ^-CTX） between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Songkang No. 1 has obvious cura- tive effect on treating osteoporosis. It can improve clinical symptom, and obtain good clinical effect.
