摘  要:本文采用离子色谱法测定复合肥料中氟离子和氯离子的含量。水浴超声30min,离心,取上清液通过直径0.22μm水系滤膜,上离子色谱仪测定氟离子和氯离子,经AG19保护柱及AS19分离柱分离,以20.00mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,采用连续自动再生化学抑制器检测。F和Cl的质量浓度均在0.02~20mg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,线性相关系数在0.9991~0.9992,氟离子与氯离子的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.15%~0.17%,方法回收率为96.5%~97.3%,满足分析要求。The content of fluoride and chloride ions in composite fertilizer was determined by ion chromatography. Water bath ultrasonic 30 min, the centrifugal, taking the supernatant by 0. 22 microns in diameter drainage membrane filter, ion chromatograph on determination of fluorine ion and chloride ion, through AG19 protect column and AS19 separation column separation, as the eluent of 20.00mmol ~ L- 1 potassium hydroxide solution , detecting it by continuous automatic regeneration chemical suppressor. F and C1 concentration within 0.02 - 20 mg/L has a linear relation with the peak area, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9991 - 0. 9991, relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0. 15% -0. 17% ,the method of recovery is 96.5% - 97.3% ,and satisfies the requirement of analysis.
