摘  要:采用Aspen Plus软件对草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢制乙二醇工艺进行了模拟,在同样原料消耗及产品规格(组成及流量不变)情况下,研究了优化换热、热虹吸循环锅炉给水、使用高效催化剂节能方案。结果表明,采用两台普通进出料换热器不但操作费用低,且设备投资低;汽包锅炉给水采用热虹吸循环,不但节省设备投资及其占地,还可简化工艺流程及降低操作费用;使用高效催化剂,降低循环气量,可大大降低操作费用、公用工程消耗和设备投资。Hydrogenation of diethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol process was simulated by using Aspen Plus software, investigated energy saving scheme such as optimizing heat exchange, circulating boiler feed water by thermo siphon, using high efficiency catalyst, based on the same raw material consumption and the same product specification (the same composition and flow rate). The results show that lower operation cost and lower equipment investment by using two ordinary feed effluent heat exchanger; circulating boiler feed water by thermo siphon not only no equipment investment and occupation area, but also can simplify process flow and reduce operation cost; reducing circulate gas flow rate can greatly reduce operation cost, utilities consumption and equipment investment by using high efficiency catalyst.
