摘　　要：根据氯硅烷精馏脱轻塔气液相负荷和相关物性参数,采用Bain-Hougen关联式计算了250Y型金属孔板波纹填料在精馏段和提馏段顶、底的液泛气速。在运行工况条件下,获得最小空塔气速所对应的塔径为Φ2500mm,结果采用F.R.I.进行了校核,为氯硅烷精馏填料塔塔径选择提供参考。According to the gas - liquid load of the distillation column removing the light impurities from chlorosilane, and related physical parameters,the flooding velocity of the column in which loaded 250Y metal packing is calculated by Bain - Hougen correlations, both at the top and bottom of the rectifying and stripper section separately. Under the operating conditions, the column diameter corresponding the minimum gas velocity is 2500mm. The results are checked by F. R. I..
