摘　　要：教学反思对教师个人的成长和专业发展有极其重要的影响,它使教师在教育教学工作中不断提高自身能力,实现从新手型教师到学习型、研究型教师的转变。教师通过写反思日记、理论学习、与同事交流研讨等有效的反思途径可以不断促进自身专业发展。另外可以从学校和教师自身两方面提高教师反思能力,加快教师专业发展的步伐。Teaching reflection has great effect on teachers and their professional development. It makes teachers continuously improve their ability in their teaching work, and achieve a transformation from novice teachers to learning and researching teachers. Teachers can promote their professional development by writing reflective diary, studying theory, communicating with colleagues and other effective ways of reflection. In addition, teachers can improve the ability of reflection and accelerate the pace of professional development from two aspects of school and teachers themselves.
