摘  要:在工控行业,随着计算机技术的不断发展,对工业数据的二次分析与处理的需求变得越来越大。通过对大量的不同的数据进行筛选、分析和预测等手段,可以判断在有限时间内的设备的运行状态、业务流的权重等信息,为未知风险的预判和决策提供一定程度的支撑。而所有这些都是基于数据的一致性与持续性的基础之上。尤其是大型SCADA项目,地域分布广,网络链路复杂,距离长,容易出现网络断线,光纤物理性破坏,服务器宕机等异常。数据完整性又是用户比较强烈的需求,因此站场到调度中心的断线续传的功能需求强烈,传统的方案一般部署专门的断线续传服务,通过自定义协议续传,这与大型SCADA应用中行业要求IEC 104协议传输要求相违背,本文结合IEC 104协议固有命令,进行业务逻辑改造,实现了断线续传功能,即符合了标书要求,又实现了用户断线续传的需求,具有一定的创新性。In the industrial control industry, with the continuous development of computer technology, the demand for the two analysis and processing of industrial data becomes more and more large. Based on a large amount of different data screening, analysis and prediction method can determine in finite time equipment running status, traffic weight and other information, provide some support for the unknown risk anticipation and decision making. And all of these are based on the consistency and continuity of the data. Especially large SCADA plate form, wide geographic distribution, network link complex, long distance, prone to network disconnection, physical fiber failure, server downtime and other abnormal. General scheme to deploy a dedicated service through a custom protocol, and this is not the desired design, because user want the IEC104 to transfer real time data and historical data.This paper combines the IEC104 protocol inherent command and business logic,achieve the historical data retransfer function, that is in line with the requirements of the bid, and to achieve the user requirements.
