摘　　要：介绍应用PLC和变频调速器 ,将 5 5 0 0 +4 40 5积线式双卷筒滑轮拉丝机改造成张力控制稳定、各卷筒速度跟随性好的直线式拉丝机。以技术先进、节能效果好、安全可靠、维护方便为设计原则 ,应用现代化控制技术对老式拉拔设备进行改造 ,消除钢丝在拉拔过程中的扭转 ,是提高产品质量和产量的有效办法 ,也是提高传统拉拔设备档次的捷径 。double blocks drawing machine is transformed into straight line drawing machine with PLC and frequency converter.The transformed machine is more stable in tension controlling and good at synchronization between each of blocks.According to principles of advanced technolgy,energy saving,security,maintaining simply,the torsion of wire being drawn has been eliminated,so the quality and output can be improved effectively and it is a shortcut to raise conventional drawing machine level and has profited greatly.
